I came across this interesting late 1800s steriographic print called The Old Pecos Church and really loved it. If you hold the image up about six inches from your nose and relax your eyes (imagine you’re looking past your screen to the wall/horizon/whatever behind it) the image should become 3D! It feels like you’re right there standing with the frontiersmen amongst the ruins.
The back of the card provides more context to the picture, listing some of the history and a more detailed description of “The Ruined Pueblo of Pecos”
